I have over ten years of experience. Settings I have practiced include therapeutic practices, med spas, salon/spa, assistance in chiropractic office and volunteering at corporate and local owned gyms. Most formerly, I had practiced for five years in behavioral health within an addiction and recovery facility. My dedication to massage is what drives me to continue to help others improve their daily lives. When we feel the physical ease of pain, not only are we able to move more freely, but we are also able to feel more open mentally and spiritually. The fulfillment of my mission within my practice is providing my clients with an array of professional and therapeutic services: to create beneficial harmonic balance between body, mind and self-awareness.
